Hello. i intermittently could not access my camera and receive this message: "abnormal network". what's weird is that i have two cameras installed at home (one near our wifi base router on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd) and this thing happens to both of them and i had to reset the affected unit each time. i don't think that there is a problem with our internet connection because it only happens to either of the two at a time while the other one works. please help.

Thanks for your feedback
Please use the CMSClient software to assign a fixed local IP address to the camera. The "abnormal network" error was caused by the DHCP server assigned new IP address to the camera when the IP address lease time expired, meanwhile, the P2P server didn't update the changes of IP address and port information. Therefore it lost the connection.

I upgraded my iphone to newest version 10.2. Since then I cannot log onto camera unless on wifi.
When i try using regular cell service, I get "abnormal network".<br> Yousee version 00.46.02.03. The devices are using version 21.0.0.23

Hi, I have written a couple of times with same problem
I upgraded iphone to ver 10.2 Since I did, I can only connect to camera when on WiFi, not on cellular. When on cellular I receive message "abnormal network": Camera device is using Yoosee version 21.0.0.23.
