Can't set up settings

Hello
It's a strange problem ...
I've made connection between my phone, PC and camera. I receive picture and sound on the PC and on the phone. Also I can move the camera in all directions, take pictures and video. But the settings are inactive. I can't change anything.

After configuring the camera everything is fine but once I have a camera from the 220v network, the camera can no longer be configured after the connection and it is just a video. What am I doing wrong? It looks like it is reset every time! Please, give me an advice?
