CMSclient 'data parameter error' on sign in

When attempting to log in remotely I receive an error message 'Data parameter error' every time. Log in details work with COTpro.

I am running CMSclient as admin and have disabled all firewalls to ensure its not blocking CMSclient.

Any help appreciated.

Password is wrong will cause this problem.
Depends on where you downloaded the software, you can try accounts as below:
1. admin, no password
2. admin, 00000000
3. Your registered account
