Hello, I installed a K7 Pro Bluetooth Smart Lock like this one:

I installed a Tuya Bluetooth Hub Gateway as well. I can open the door via internet and it works fine.
However, I noticed that some log access (finger and code) does not registered on SmartLife APP. Only when I open the SmartLife APP and stay it opened it register correctly. After a period of time, it stops register (finger and code access).
How can I fix it ? Any ideas ?
