device not seen in local Network

Hello,

i have two devices, they are WI-FI Temperature and Humidity Sensor.

I install them with Smart Life App, i see the devices 10 seconds in my local network and then they are gone.

i check the IP Adresses of the devices and see that they are connect to an external Adress.

What do i wrong and ideas ?
