Has anyone encountered a problem where the Smartlife/Tuya app wouldn't open IOT devices? Although I can find them and add them to the cloud, I have no control over them once they are there. The programme functions perfectly if I use an external wifi, cellular data, or even the Wireguard VPN. The truly bizarre part is that some of the devices work just fine. I should also mention that the Smartlife app functions properly if I connect to one of my Firewalla Gold ports that is configured as a Guest Network and has an AP attached.
