Is it possible to do this with an LED controller?

I have the WB5 LED Controller.

When the controller powers on the led light remain off. Then when activated via Alexa or App they turn on and off.

Is it possible to still turn on the led lights with a switch without then having to use voice commands or the app?

I can bypass the led controller to turn on the lights but it wont turn on the color that was selected?

Thanks in advance. I am new to these device but loving them so far.
