Automate camera with specific time

Hi, i have an indoor security camera that plugged with smart zigbee outlet plug. Id like to create certain conditions to turn on/off the smart plug in order to automate the camera..

The conditions/ rules i want is:

1)If the time is between 7.45am to 10.15 pm i want camera to be ON, other time period is OFF.

2) if i leave home i want camera to be On all time, and disregard the rule 1)

3) if i arrive home i want to return to condition number 1)

Am so confused how to set this up?

Thank you for your reply, however you have set a conditon of (Any ) if i arrive or 22.15 it will be off.... That's means if it 22.15 it ill be off even if am not home.

I see you set another commad to turn on when i leave but if i leave before 10.15 and time later becomes 10.15 it will be off .. correct me if am wrong ?

Problem is i cant set rules for two conditions to meet
