Motion sensor triggering TV to turn on or off

Hi! I was wondering if this is possible with Tuya to create a control system that when someone is in the room, triggered the TV to turn on (infrared) and if after a certain amount of time there is no more movment, the person left the room, triggered the TV to turn off. What do I would need? I was thinking that with a motion sensor, a hub and a universal IR controler would to the job. Thanks a a lot!
