Dear sirs,
I purchased, via Shopee, a HD Wireless IP Camera MODEL: JT-8172HJ Power: DC-5V But when doing the firmware update on the smartphone, I turned on the laptop, I used the CMSClient installed on it to see other YooSee cameras in my beach house. Then YooSee on the Smartphone gave the message that I had connected to another device and interrupted the firmware update. Then the camera no longer initialized.
Do you know any Technical Assistance Company I could send the camera to to reinstall the firmware?
