It's possible to downgrade firmware at an old version? Please help me!

Hi, we had the same problem.
I found a solution.

Remember, you do it at your own risk. You can damage the camera.
You must download an earlier version of the firmwaree to the disk and then run the IPC debug tool.
Then select the camera you want to update and click the "force update" button (in Chinese).
You locate the file and choose it. A short moment, restart and done.
