Tuya App not sending audible alert notification

When I get an alert, it is showing on my phone screen IF I happen to look, but nothing audible or a vibration. Phone is an Android Samsung Galaxy s21. My friend's phone is an I phone and it does make an audible sound. I really need this. Thank you.
