Sharing one device, not all 3 on my account?

Hi,

I want to share just one device, an alarm system for my staff.
I have other devices on my account so don't want them to access these.
Sharing help advises to login in with the same account but this shows all devices.

Whats the best way to do this.
If they set up their own tuya account & i just share the link.

Does not seem to be the Family settings I see mention, now Home, but not sure if this will help in this situation anyway.
