How to upgrade/update firmware for Yoosee cameras locally

If your yoosee camera is offline or fails to connect, please try to update the firmware online to the latest version first. If you cannot update online, please try the following steps to update locally:
1. Confirm your firmware version number:
Open the mobile APP→device settings→device information→firmware version
2. Choose to download the firmware upgrade package according to the firmware version, and decompress it (the bin file after decompression):
If your firmware version is 13.01.XX.XX click to download
If your firmware version is 14.00.XX.XX click to download
If your firmware version is 21.00.XX.XX click to download
If your firmware version is 21.01.XX.XX click to download
If your firmware version is 22.00.XX.XX click to download
If your firmware version is 23.00.XX.XX click to download
3. Download the upgrade tool IPCTool (only run on Windows system), click to download
4. Open IPCTool, make sure the device is in the same LAN, use IPCTool to upgrade the firmware.

Good afternoon! I have two cameras. They have firmware 13.1.1.36. Did a firmware downgrade. One camera changed the firmware to 13.01.00.46, the other remained on the old one. What could have happened? How can I downgrade the firmware? I can't bring the camera to Yoosee. Asks for a password. The 123 indicated on the box does not work. I have found people with a similar problem. there is no response to their post.

hola buanas tardes .
tengo una camara yoosee con firmware 21.1.1.33. el problema es que no graba detecion de movimiento cuando esta en linea, lo hace cuando esta en modo ap.
intento degradar el firmware con !If your firmware version is 21.01.XX.XX click to download! pero el programa no detecta mo camara.
algien me puede ayudar a como instalar el firmaware. gracias
