Not making sounds

My camera always had a sound notification when it detected motion. On friday it stopped and now just vibrates very softly. Any idea what happened and how to get the sound back? Very hard to keep an eye on property when you can't hear the notifications.

Had this issue multiple times. Notifications are working. The selected sound in Android's notification settings is "provided by app", which I did not want to change as the default sound is discreet and appropriate. Reinstalling the app seems to fix it, but it keeps happening.

There is a setting in the profile area which toggles sounds for the notifications and somehow this gets disabled, hopefully this helps...
