Yoosee camera gmail email motion detection settings

I purchased a ip cam for security the whole camera works as should but but when motion is sensed i cant get an alarm sent to the phone I also tried to have a recording sent to the email and gmail account it wont let me do it to email and when something does come to gmail it is blocked unless I reduce security to accept it. I can get pictures sent to the phone when I review the seen I can control the camera from anywhere but it just wont send me the warning. I tryed to review my setting to see if right phone number is sent but I cant locate it the menu. I am on the verg of sending back unless I can get the issues resolved. It has to work with my wifi router being a netgear 99 is this the issue i would think it I got all the other stuff active that shouldnt be?
