Doorbell doesn't send motion notifications

I've bought Tuya Doorbell. during First day of use i received motion notifications into Tuya App, but on next day smth happened i don't receive notifications about motion tracking. Doorbell is online, i can see image from camera.

also
- reset device to factory settings and added again
- rind notification (when someone pushes ring button) works well
- also i have another doorbell that works with Tuya and there is no problems with motion notifications

Please help to fix issue with notifications

I think there are some problems with Thuja. Over the past 2 days, the application has started to show that periodically all Wi-Fi points in turn are in the "offline" status. Also, about 2 days ago, the ability to enter the settings, view the on-off history, the current power supply of wifi outlets from a Lenovo tablet disappeared. At the same time, access to these functions is still maintained from the Samsung S10 mobile phone.

Did you get it fixed? Just bought the unit, same issue.
