A message to the Yoosee folks,
You REALLY need to get this buggy software fixed so that the average end user can access their cameras readily.
If the software cannot be readily fixed, port an alternative user-friendly software to operate these cameras with the ability to bypass the current buggy password protocol. The cameras should also comply with standard ONVIF protocols making them easily detectable by normal Windows based security software instead of the proprietary and CMS software.
The reset button should restore the camera back to a simple [user:admin]; [password:1234] and thereafter offer the user to control and change it as needed .
I'm estimating that over 3/4 of the posts and complaints would become redundant overnight and your product sales would as a result flourish.
Keep maintaining the current course and it will be your product line that becomes redundant.
