How can i configure my camera's date and time settings?

Hi dear friend i have got 2pcs besder ip camera.
my seller said to me use to yoosee.but i can't configure to date and setting
first camare 1970
second camera 2010.
when i click time setttings button. it just waiting !. I can't click time settings!

You are able to set time and date, as well as time zone through tweak camera's setting.
It shows waiting.........., this dues to slow or unstable network connection.
