Hello Team,
I use Tuya Smart app on my Android phone. And wifi smart camera with vas service. Everything is working fine (except the fact that vas service does nothing and i do not see any video files).
So i wanted to login from my PC to a web page and:
- for IoT page (https://iot.tuya.com/) i have to use another account, registered, but under products tab i do not see any cameras
- for the main vas page: (https://www.tuya.com/vas) i do not see my vas subscription, if i try to buy a new one i am asked to register camera in IoT page (but those seems to be a different accounts, can i link those somehow ?). Also it looks like i am unable to add any product in IoT page
My next phase would be to use IoT portal and write my own project, but for now i am interested just in basic camera functionality and services like vas....
Overall it looks like a total mess, why i can not see my camera in any of those portals ?
I do not remember how i have logged into my Tuya Smart app on Android - maybe via Google - it that a possible root cause here ?
Thanks,
Michal
