Hello, I have 3 Tuya Cameras, 1 has Firmware version 16.00.00.0817 while the other 2 have version 3.4.2.0923
Camera 1 with version 16 firmware works great on my pc, however the other two with version 3 firmware, no good.
I want to upgrade the firmware on my cameras. I see dozens of videos using the IPC test tool, and while i can see the cameras are connected to my local network and i can access them on my mobile phone, The IPC test tool can't find them. A small Camera find app on my pc can locate them all fine, but not the test tool, not that i could operate it anyway as it is all in Chinese.
Can someone please tell me how to update the firmware on this camera Please.
