IP Cam Password

I'm struggling to add the ip cam to my DVR. Tried all standard passwords nothing works. I have noticed on some 3rd party apps the password qwe123 works. But not in my dvr. Does anyone have another password.

On my surveillance cam, I have
user: admin
password: blank ( enter nothing!)

then here is
user: password
admin:admin
