remote control and sensor are no longer working

Hi everyone, I have a problem, my IP camera that sucks the RF 433mhz radio commands no longer works on the remote control and the door sensor. I've eliminated both the remote control and the sensor and I tried to tease them but without success a few words are no longer connected. What can be done? Firmware 14.00.82.prima worked fine both the remote control and the sensor. I need a solution as soon as possible.
