No video is recorded in the event of an alarm

Hello,
I bought a 1080P HD CCTV IP NETWORK 16 LED yoosee camera.
I'm so happy, except that no video is recorded in the event of an alarm.
There is a card in the camera and record video manually works.
Unfortunately, when there is an alarm I only get a push message, but no recording is started.
I tried several settings, with and without time setting, motion detection on, off ... unfortunately nothing changes.
Does anyone have any idea what else I can try?

Have you already tried to do a full reset?
If it doesn't go like this it is probably faulty, ask for a replacement

I just reset the camera and set it up again with a LAN cable, but unfortunately the problem described remains.
Before I really ask the dealer for an exchange, I would like to make sure that I haven't made a mistake.
Can you describe to me which settings are necessary for an alarm video recording and where I can then find the recorded videos?

fig 1:
motion detection on
high alarm sensitivity

fig 2:
recording for alarm 3 minutes
pre-registration on

fig 3:
receive alarm notification on
notification mode receive alarm
alarm interval 10 seconds
mailbox for alarm (your e-mail address)
alarm sound off

fig 4:
to control alarm video use smart guard
you will be able to see the days and time of the alarm

fig 5 :
you can also use CMSclient on your computer

I've been testing it for a few days now. Unfortunately, it still works very poorly.
Videos were recorded a few times but mostly not. A message by e-mail does not come at all, a push message comes.
I don't have the following setting:
pre-registration on
I cannot find the camera recordings in the cms client. live image can be seen, recording is also possible.
I am using version 1.00.00.53_0.
I sign in with my mail user id.
Can you explain to me how I can set up smart guard?
