Error 3010200e Network is busy

Hi!
When I try to access my camera is showed "Network is busy. Try again later. (3010200e)".
I have tried to reconfigure by pressing reset button and configure by Yoosee app but same error is showed.
Sometimes I can hear camera microphone during few seconds before error.
Could you help me please? Thank you.
