Failed to establish encrypted channel

Dear all,

I’m facing some problem. I got a few IP camera that connected to Smart Life App, its seem functioning well when both my phone and the IP camera connect to the same network. However, when I away from home, I use mobile data and office wifi its show “Failed to establish encrypted channel and failed to retrieve video stream”

Solution: close the app and restart it, problem solved.
