White light doesn't turn on when movement is detected

Hi everyone, I've got a yoosee compatible camera from a brand called Kerui, it's this one:

The problem is that, even if I've selected the option so that the white light turns on when movement is detected, the light won't turn on. It will send a notification to my phone and make some noise. It is strange because I can manually turn the light on and off using the app. Does anyone have the same problem?

Nevermind, I just found out that it will only turn on the lights if it is dark enough.
