Yoosee not sending authorization code for ip camera

I had the camera working for a few minutes but I changed my router and all the passwords. I thought starting over with the camera would be a good idea so everything was deleted. After reinstalling everything I can no longer get anything to work


When I use my phone number for authorization code I get the message "your phone number has been used

I have reset my modem, reset my phone and reset the ip camera itself numerous times. I tried the use email setting and tried 3 different email address and none of them received a code..

Any ideas what to do next?
