Problem Emergency Alarm keep going

I have Yoosee Smart Intercom/Doorbell HD Camera with RFID Access
since few days ago Emergency Alarm start going on,
everything looks ok, but I'd like to find the cause
any suggestions ?
From support no response, also nothing in documnetation
