EW9 IP Cameras Yoosee App Can't Recognize TF Card

Hi I've just installed 2 of EW9 IP cameras and despite rebooting and following all the instructions it still will not recognise that a TF card is inserted in one of the cameras.
I have also formatted the card but it still will not work.

Please could I have some assistance.
