I have been using the CMS app for many years with 6 cameras and I'm very satisfied with it. So I have recommended many of my friends and acquaintances to use these cameras and this application. Now I've extended my system with one of your new camera models. But now the CMS app say: Wrong ID if I try to add this device because only digits and no letters are allowed. It's no option for me to use your new app because my old cameras are no longer recognized with it. And it's not best practice to use several applications or apps for monitoring multiple cameras. The latest version on your website for this desktop application also not works for IDs with letters . Can you provide an update for this desktop application and/or the Android App to use IDs with letters also?
