Problem with the password after a reset in the app

Hello,

We are selling cameras using your app, and we actually got a problem about the connexion.
Indeed, with some cameras, we got an error with the password.
After a reset, the pass should be "123", but we got a message saying "wrong password...".
That's strange because it works very well with some camera, and not at all with an other.
We actually got a camera "online" with this problem. The ID is "20612300". We just made the reset so you can try to connect and see.
Did you already met this problem ? Do you have a solution about it ?
