I cannot add new device in my yoosee acct

The updated version of yoosee bring a lot of problem in my app, theres some functions I cannot not use,especially the alarm mode.so what I did is delete the device and supposedly add again,,but aparently I cannit add anymore to my exsisting account..I'm try to use the fast networking connection but it usually failed,,or even if it push through it will be stand alone.It will not added to my account.I cannit configure it on my wifi..please help..i need to resolve this asap
