Tuya is an IoT platform, the corporate doesn't produce any final products (currently), it offers the solution (typically the BLE/Wi-Fi/Zigbee module) to original manufacturers. The manufacturers integrate the module with their own products (e.g. fridge, air-conditioner, smoke detectors, burglar alarm system, security cameras...etc any kind of electronics), enable them to have internet connectivity.
