Unable to connect IP camera

The IP camera is connected to the same WiFi that I'm using for my com, however I am unable to connect it through CMSclient, my friend however is able to connect it with his com through CMS client and I'm able to connect it with the Yousee app, possible reasons and solutions?

Make Sure There Is No Signal Interference. If there is a bad reach, the IP camera can't find your WiFi signal, and it cannot connect to the WiFi. The IP camera should not be too far from the router. Check the distance between the IP camera and the router.
