If you encounter this problem, please check the permission of the app, you can also refer to other tips as below:
1. Confirm that the app has permission to send push notification, and it's not be banned or blocked.
2. Ensuring you have enabled push notification function on Tuya app, go to App, click "Me" - "Message Center", Tap the button on the upper right, enable notifications.
3. Check "Notifications Settings", whether "Do-Not-Disburb Schedule" was on.
4. If your smartphone and device allow the App to push messages but do not receive any messages, check whether the App message center has has new message notifications.
