Smart plugs/lights/security cameras failed to connect Tuya app

If you failed to add the smart plugs/light bulbs/security cameras to the Tuya app, please refer to instructions as below:
a. please confirm the product is compatible with Tuya app. If the product is not compatible with Tuya app, apparently it can not be added to Tuya or using the free service. To check whether your products are compatible with Tuya or not, you may check if there is a Tuya logo on product's package box, or refer to the decription of the products or even consult to the seller.
b. Ensuring your smart devices is turned on, and power on LED lights up.
c. Ensuring your smart devices is in pairing status.
d. If you are using IOS 14, please make sure you have opened the local network permission and wireless data permission.
