Roll back to the previous firmware?

I bought the camera 3 weeks ago. After updating to the latest firmware, it seems unable to playback the recorded video. Recorded videos are not stored in sd card too. Also, camera face upwards when it starts up and cannot be maneuvered to face downwards by swiping down. It has to be manually pushed down. Any ideas why?
Can it be rolled back to the previous firmware? Because the previous firmware is not experiencing this problem.

Hi there, We don't recommend you to roll back the firmware, it's difficult to do it. You can wait for the next release for firmware, the new firmware will fix the bugs. By the way, please making sure you upgrade Yoosee App to the latest version.

Hi, i update the camera to last version 14.00.00.75 but now sd card 8gb its not reconcile for the camera. Its possible downgrade the firmware?

If you wish to roll back the firmware, you can download the IPC debug tool to manually update its firmware.

Note: don't disconnect the power supply when the camera is updating its firmware.
