Is your Arlo base station offline issue bothering you? But what are the reasons behind that? It may be because of several reasons. Few things need to be checked, the internet connection, the login credentials which have been entered, or there can be an issue in the plugin. We can remove them by doing some steps.


● Check your LEDs. Are they blinking the solid green light? Or are they blinking amber light?

● If they are blinking amber light it means the battery is critically low and needs to be powered on in order to charge itself.

● You can reset Arlo Base Station by checking the backside of the base station and fixing it properly because of the reset button located there.

If your camera is offline after you switched to a new router or made changes to your Internet network, press and release the Sync button on the Arlo SmartHub or base station. The Internet LED blinks for 10 seconds, then your Arlo camera resumes normal operation.
