Doorsafe 6600 unable to connect, password not working

Hi, i'm Tom and new here.
I have an issue with my Doorsafe 6600

After I removed the device from the Yoosee app, I'm unable to reconnect again.
Did a reset, reset via IPCTools, tried to flash the device (current 13.1.1.34 and won't upgrade from the app earlier)
So I'm stuck now with a camera that I can connect via Onviff, but not in the app
Password 123 is not working anymore.

It seems the device is stuck in the current firmware somehow
 
If you cannot set your device's password, we recommend you reset your device back to the factory default settings. Then set your device's password again.
To reset your device to factory defaults, please follow steps below:
Step 1: Make sure your device is connected to a network and the status light is solid green.
Step 2: Please use an unfolded paperclip to press and hold the RESET button for at least 20 seconds while your device is plugged in.
Step 3: Please wait 60 seconds for the device to reboot. And this process will change all your settings back to the factory defaults.
Step 4: If you still can't set your device password then please download latest version of the Setup Wizard.

There is no way to reset the device. The only way I can make a connection by phone is the following
Power up the device.
Use the app to add a device using Smartlink
Reset the device using a pin at the back.
Play the sound from the smartphone.
Device is connected.

I can configure the device, but once rebooted the connection is lost again.
There is still an upgrade available (13.1.1.36), but this also fails.
From the app there is no way to reset the device and reset using at the back will not work either. Also the method using the alarm/reset won't work.

Any other options?
Setup wizzard? which setup wizzard is there besides the app on the phone?
