Camera say Device is online already and nothing happening

I try to re-register my camera into my WiFi network and when the register process finish using
smartlink I get a message from camera saying device is online already and process stop
without complete the registration of the camera in the network.

I try to re-register camera more than 4 times and I keep getting this strange message without
registration finish.

What can be the problem?

My camera PID:7463192 / SN: 123
 
I had the same problem and tried all the same fixes over and over again - Clear cache, clear data, force stop, factory reset, remove battery. Nothing worked. Then I saw a post to remove battery for several minutes. I removed the battery for 5 full minutes then re-installed the battery and restarted. and there it it - camera is back!!! I don't know it just removing the battery for 5 full minutes will do it or if clearing the cache & data & force stop in needed also. All I can say for sure is that my camera is back!
