RFID, POE Smart DoorBell goes offline and turns off after opening the gate

I am using this DoorBell:

Sometimes it goes offline and turns off when opening the gate from the app. Not all times but raughly from 5 times once sure. And i have to repower it (unplug 12V and back).

Before when passive POE had been connected, it happened more times, so i am not using paralel powering now. It is connected to 12V DC directly.

The PowerSupply (Meanwell) is rated to 1.3A.
As i remember 1A is needed or might be is this too small power supply? But anyhow why do i need to repower it?

What rated power supply do you use?

I've just found this wiring and suggest 3A/5A if using door opening. I might try a bigger one...

Hi Attila, I have the same problem , when I try to access the doorbell with the app I get "doorbell offline 2010200e".
Have you fixed the problem?
