How to make the app always active?

Hello,

I have a video door phone connected to Yoosee app in my Samsung S20 phone. When I press the calling button in the door phone, Yoosee does not notice it, unless I have Yoosee app in foreground.

How can this be solved so that Yoosee notifies even if it is background or not being explicitly run?
