6024pb-JW201 - cant setup wireless

Hi,

Ive purchased the 6024pb-jw201 probably in 2017 timeframe and had horrible luck getting/keeping it connected. Wired connection comes up no problem.

I am trying again today and still have no luck getting it going with the Yoosee app. I've tried the AP connection and smartlink but not luck.

Do I need a firmware update?

any help would be great!

I'm having the same issue. I have followed the directions but the camera will not connect. Please help.

Make sure it's connected to WiFi. Use a USB cable to connect and see if it works again. Move your printer to where it gets the best WiFi signal without interference. ... In this case, reconnect your device to the network, reconfigure security settings to include printers, and/or install updated drivers.
