Setup WiFi by creating a ini file in SD card?

FYI, I did find the FAQ that states the WIFI can be initialized after reset by putting a file named WifiInfo.ini on the TF card. The file stored on the TF card should have the following format
WifiName: GW_12M_2.4G (replace with your wifi SSID
Password: 29088360 (replace with your wifi password
PasswordType:2
I created the file with Microsoft notepad; however, this solution does NOT work.
