sd-m5 doorbell audio echo issue

I just received my sd-m5 doorbell. Unfortunately it has a big audio echo problem.
Talking to each other is almost impossible. If you want to talk, you first need to mute the speaker button (left on the picture) and then you can talk. If you want to other one to talk (the one that is at the doorbell), you need to mute the micro button.
Does anyone have the same issue?
I have tried almost everything...will contact yoosee support and hope to get a solution, otherwise I'll have to ask my money back.
