360degree cam firmware13.1.1.36 is blocked periodically

i have more 360 degree camera,2 version of firmware 13.1.1.36 and 21.0.1.36 ,and i see only cam with this firmware counter 13.1.1.36 time and image is blocked from 10may2020 all time on smarthone and CMS,more accounts,so is not hardware or my provider issue is YOOSEE SERVER ISSUE

24.05.2020 19.32 CET again same issue

27.05.2020 same isse,timer cointer and camera are blocked periodically, same identical issue was some months ago with minidome camera external,

today 30.05.2020 still same issue,360 degree cams is blocked complet/black,no acces anymore,or freeze image and counter
PLAESE FIX ASAP
