HUAWEY Y7 2019 have NO ALARM!!!!

i have also HUAWEY Y7 2019 MODEL DUB-LX1 VERSIUNE 8.2.0160,VERSIUNE ANDROID 8.1.0,and when app is closed NO ALARM,NO NOTIFICATON,NOTHING!!! if i open app and send in background,yes work fine
i changed same account on samsung A40,J5/2017 and work fine with closed app,so all issue come from yoosee bug
the point is until last version of app worked well,but with last version of app,NO ALARM ON HUAWEY
i checked all setting on HUAWEY,battery,data economy,unnistalled app,re installed,but no chance,NO GIVE ME ANY ALARM
