Hello everybody,

sry for my poor English (google trad)
I made a purchase on https://shop.yooseecamera.com for a 1080p smart video doorbell on january 2020 (réf order 5119, model SD-M5 black)
I made a clean montage, and the doorbeel work fine with the Yoosee soft and on my Synology NAS.

But, sometimes, my doorbell button stays (pressed) stuck and visitors can no longer ring.
I made a clean montage, i can pictures sending.

I take first contact with the after sales service on march 13 (support@gwell.cc), but my interlocutor say its a hardware problem, please take contact with after sales service from your dealer.

I take contact with Yoosee support on sales02@123anfang.com on march 14, but the answer is :

"Thanks for your feedback.
you may not to press the button edge, and please press the button lightly.
you must wait for 10 seconds before pressing it again. "

I send a new mail on march 26 with the question : "Ok, but how can i say to my visitor to press the button lightly and wait for 10 sec ?" : No answer,
New mail on april 4 : no answer
New mail on april 15 : no answer

Now the website si closed (i have screenshots and mails)
I try with a silicon spray on the rubber around the button, without result.
I can try to open the doorbell, but im affraid to losing the warranty.

Can anybody from Yoosee or another user help me ?

Regards,
Patrick.

Ok im really disapointed, i have one answer from YOOSEE after a complaint with PAYPAL :

"Really sorry for the problem caused.

After pressed, the button get stuck, can the button bounce back? or are you able to repair devices? if you can, you may open the cover, to check the button if it can be recovered.(please handle with care)

If problem can not be solved, you can return the product to us, (please send back the doorbell camera in its original condition(include box and all the accessories that we sent to you), When we receive it, we will refund you.

We will refund you the full purchase price, But Shipping back to Shop.yooseecamera.com is paid for by the customer. We are in general unable to refund you postal fees.

Our ship term and condition: https://shop.yooseecamera.com/terms

Thank you very much.

Ok, i take the measurements of the original button :

IMG_20200428_201149.jpg
I think I can reduce the diameter of the button a little bit with sandpaper.

And last :
