25.03.2020AGAIN white light video camera new model NO image and sound

I have new model yoosee camera with white light and same problem ,i can acces menu but no receiv full info,app wait info.... and no image and sound ,look like loop and all this after last firmware update,few weeks ago,other issue same camera is no see my 32GB local memory card,and can not regulate motion detect alarm sensiblity,PLEASE HELP!!!!!! i think to push back old firmware BUT HOW????? i dont have and this camera is 2000kmfar away
very curios,previous model without white light,work well after last update,so this is mean,developers are not the best team
